Shipping & Handling Procedures

All available items will be shipped within 7 to 10 days of payment confirmation.

If an item is no longer available you will be notified within two (2) business day by email or phone. Options for ordering a similar item will be discussed, and an alternative time frame will be suggested.

Beaded Hope does NOT ship to PO boxes.

All orders will be shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio via USPS. If requested, alternate arrangements may be made for shipping such as 1-day, 2-day, etc. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping and Insurance fees are paid by the customer and will be individually calculated based on the number of items ordered. The minimum shipping charge is $6.00 and will not exceed $16.00.

Product Images

It is Beaded Hope's goal to represent each piece in the most accurate manner possible. It is important, however, for customers to be aware that due to variations in monitors, browsers, and systems the color of a piece can only be approximated.

Guarantees

All items are guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials upon delivery. Should an item fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or, if preferred, give a full refund.

Return Policy

Beaded Hope wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchased item within 30 days of purchase date.

If a credit is requested it will be given in the same manner as payment was received. A credit will be issued upon receipt of merchandise in same, excellent condition as when shipped.

Returns after 30 days of purchase are only eligible for online credit.

Returns must be well packed and insured.

Beaded Hope is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.

Return by Mail

Please e-mail Beaded Hope to request a Return Authorization number. Please allow 30 days from the day you return your package for your credit to be issued. Exchanges or online store credits will not be issued without a Return Authorization number.
